I have been fishing out of the scenic port of Frankfort since 1978. Frankfort is one of the most scenic ports on the Great Lakes and in 2011, the Good Morning America TV show held a poll that designated the Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore, just north of us, as "The Most Beautiful Place In America". Frankfort is a small, friendly town with a variety of shopping and dining options availalable and several 5 star golf courses are within a short driving distance.
